Safari For windows
Another true Browser Alternative

iTunes fans on Windows likely to turn to Safari 3.1!

It is almost a year since Apple introduced Safari 3.0 for Windows XP and Vista and things have improved further with the Safari 3.1 version. The initial glitches of Safari 3.0 mainly with plug-ins on high-content sites are now history, and Safari 3.1 for Windows is now in the reckoning in the raging browser war. The Internet browser supremacy tussle has been between Internet Explorer and Mozilla especially on Windows for long.

Several points make the Safari worth a try but to the average user the prime reason would be the ‘Apple’ tag. All things ‘Apple’ jumpstart on the cool meter and therein lies Safari’s greatest booster – the hardcore Apple fan! While the iPhone and iPod scorch the must-have list of anyone cool, would the Safari for windows have trouble winning eventually? Not likely, - not with all the iTunes users who have continued on Windows out of sheer familiarity.

After the Safari 3.1 for Windows came out with the neat, slick look bowling over the most hard-lined of critics, even the average iPod fan will soon consider having two web browsers and one of this is going to be the Apple Safari 3.1. As for the good old IE, well the lesser said the better, and Mozilla both are likely upgrade their features to remain in the fray. The browser war is sure heating up, Apple will soon swing a huge number of iPhone and iPod Windows users to the Safari 3.1 in the not so distant future, and the likelihood is that this prediction of mine that will come true.
